It comes down to three things: how much material is used, how long the printer runs, and which material it has to be. A small bracket is far cheaper than a large solid part. We give you the price in our reply to your request – no hidden costs beforehand, and you commit to nothing.

We reply to your request within 48 hours. Printing itself takes hours to days depending on size. Shipping with Swiss Post (B-Post) then takes 3 to 7 working days. If it's urgent, tell us – we'll see what's possible.

PLA for decorative and light indoor parts. PETG as a robust all-rounder, also for moisture and light loads. TPU for anything that needs to bend – rubber-like. ASA for parts that live outdoors permanently, UV and weather resistant. Resin on request when very fine detail is needed. If you're unsure, the assistant on the request page recommends the right material.

Send us the rough dimensions and we'll tell you whether it works in one piece. Larger parts can usually be split sensibly and glued afterwards – that's normal in 3D printing and often even stronger, because the load direction can be planned in.

Yes, gladly. We can work with STL, 3MF and STEP directly. Just attach the file to your request – up to 25 MB goes straight through the form.

No – that's actually the more common case. Just describe what you need; a sketch on paper or a photo of the broken part is plenty. We'll find a suitable model or design it to your measurements.

It depends on the licence. Many freely available models may only be used privately, not sold commercially. We check the licence before printing anything for you – and tell you honestly if it isn't possible. If you hold the rights to the model yourself, it's all straightforward.

Not by default. 3D prints are built layer by layer, leaving microscopic grooves where water and germs collect. Watertight parts need post-processing, and for food contact we generally advise against FDM printing. Tell us what the part is for and we'll find a solution.

Yes, anywhere in Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Local pickup is also possible by arrangement.
